Spelling Story

By Abby

Once there was a very big family that always kept to themselves. All of them, even the children, were very antisocial and didn't have any friends. Even when they went to family things, like reunions, they didn't talk to any other family members. Why you may ask, no one knew.

One day the parents were dropping the kids off at school and while they were getting out of the car they said, "Now kids remember not to talk to anyone at all that are nonfictional." When the kids got out of the car they started to recede backwards to class. Once the parents left the kids talked to everyone in their class and were very outgoing. To some people who knew there parents and family thought it was nonsense. When the children were around the parents they never said anything to anyone, but when they weren't they were all social butterflies. Most of them were nonconformists too. They didn't dress regularly like all the other kids in jeans and T-Shirts. Instead they dressed in uniform type clothes with khaki pants, and button up Polo shirts.

That day when the kids got home from school they were talking about their day at school. When their parents asked of they had talked to anybody they abruptly stopped and said no. From then on until the kids got older they had a social life at school but not one at home. Still nobody knows why they weren't allowed to talk to anyone else…it all remains a mystery.
